About the Artist
Helen is well-known for her animal portraits and painted maps.
Her love of dogs, horses and wildlife is reflected in her paintings, and her ability to capture the character as well as the likeness of her subject means her work is in constant demand.
As a child, Helen travelled widely with her family, living in Japan, Africa, The United States and Europe. Her African wildlife paintings are particularly popular and a few are available as limited edition prints.
She is a keen game shot, and also picks up regularly with her Labradors. She is Patron of the Royal British Legion Women’s Section for Nottinghamshire, and is an active supporter and fundraiser for the RAFBF and the Bomber Command Memorial Fund.
For more information on her book about Bomber Command, click on “The Courage of the Small Hours”.
Helen is married to Edward Nall; they live in Nottinghamshire with their family.
